What it is
It does not sit on top of a CRM. It is the CRM, the coach, the analyst, and the deal architect.
A self-learning sales command center powered by twelve autonomous agents, built to run the entire revenue engine inside one unified system. It started as an internal product and became the blueprint for replacing the sales tech stack with something living, connected, and always improving.
The brain
Ask questions, not filters.
At the core is vector-based semantic search. Instead of dropdowns, you ask. The system searches across transcripts, CRM, and documents, ranking by context. It feels less like a database and more like the company's collective memory.

Why it exists
Every sales org decays the same way.
Data lives across tools that never talk. Context is lost between calls, emails, and proposals. Coaching is reactive, so managers learn what went wrong after the quarter ends. CRM hygiene becomes a full-time job. Enablement platforms tried to fix this by adding dashboards. We went the other way and built intelligence that runs the system itself: it listens, learns, and acts in real time across the full lifecycle.

An AI-native CRM where leads, calls, emails, and documents exist in a single semantic graph. It does not just record. It interprets which leads are qualified, what stage they are at, how confident a deal is, and which rep should own it. You ask it questions in plain language instead of building reports.

Conversation Intelligence
Every thread, from the first cold email to the latest negotiation, sits on one continuous timeline. Each interaction is tagged by intent, sentiment, and next-step urgency. Replies are pre-written in your tone, referencing the last conversation and the current deal.

Rep Performance and Coaching
Every call is transcribed, scored, and analyzed. The coaching layer reads the why behind the numbers: win rate against tone and question ratio, call duration against efficiency, objection handling against success likelihood. Reps get a daily feed instead of a quarterly review.

Clients and Deal Hub
Each client record is a living workspace, not a contact page. Proposals, contracts, onboarding forms, and deal stages live together. Generate documents, chat with the system about that client's full history, and never switch tabs.

Proposal AI
Click create, and the system reads every prior call and email for that lead. It extracts the needs, the objections, the price anchors, and the timelines discussed, then builds a live web proposal with the pain points rewritten in the client's language and pricing structured to their priorities. Edit inline: "make pricing more outcome-based," "simplify the scope."
Four agents, one document
Contract AI
Contracts are assembled by four cooperating agents. A context agent extracts the deal terms, a structure agent builds the legal skeleton, a compliance agent flags ambiguity and missing liability language, and a refinement agent aligns the tone with policy.
From close to kickoff
Onboarding AI
Structured intake forms generate themselves based on project type and client profile, then sync straight into the client record. The operational handoff happens the moment the contract is signed.
