Yes. The first conversation is free. If the problem needs deeper research before we can recommend a solution, we will explain that work and its cost before it begins.

Do we need a clear AI use case?

No. You can come with a bottleneck, a growth goal, a repeated task, an AI idea, or a plan to make more of the company AI-enabled. We will help turn that into a clear next step.

What should we prepare?

You do not need a formal brief. Be ready to explain what is happening now, what you want to improve, and where the problem is costing time, money, or momentum. Existing notes or examples are helpful but optional.

Can we use an NDA?

Yes. A mutual NDA can be signed before you share sensitive business details. We only request access to systems or data when it is needed for agreed work.

What happens after the call?

If the right next move is clear, we will recommend it. If important details are still missing, we may suggest a focused review before proposing a build. The answer may also be to use an existing product or fix something else first.
