Who controls your data
OsmoSync LLC controls the personal information described in this policy when you use osmosync.com, request a resource, join the newsletter, book a consultation, or work with us. Contact details for privacy requests appear below.
What we collect
We collect information you submit and limited technical information produced when you use the site or a feature you request.
- Contact details such as your name, email address, company, and role
- Booking details you provide through the consultation calendar
- Booking attribution after analytics consent, including the landing page, campaign parameters, referrer domain, device category, country, region, and timezone sent when the calendar opens
- Technical request and error data needed to deliver, secure, and repair the site
- Project material you choose to share during an engagement
- Your privacy choice, stored in your browser with a consent version and expiry date
How we use it
We use submitted information to deliver the resource or newsletter you requested, respond to you, arrange a consultation, and perform agreed client work. We use technical data to operate and secure the website.
Where applicable, our legal basis is your request or a contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, compliance with law, or your consent for optional analytics. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through the Privacy choices link in the footer.
Sharing and processors
We disclose information to providers that perform the action you request or support site operations. Current providers can include Vercel for hosting, Cal.com for bookings, self-hosted Supabase for form records, Resend for resource email, Beehiiv for the newsletter, Telegram for operator alerts, and self-hosted GlitchTip for error monitoring.
Each provider receives only the information needed for its role and handles it under its own terms or our service agreement. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, storage, and privacy choices
The site uses necessary browser storage to remember your privacy choice for 180 days. That record contains the consent version, the time saved, the expiry time, and whether you enabled analytics.
Optional analytics stays off unless you select Accept or enable Analytics under Customize. When enabled, booking attribution helps us understand which pages and campaigns produce consultations. The attribution context remains in temporary tab memory until the calendar opens and is not written to a persistent cookie.
When you open a booking page, the Cal.com calendar may use storage needed to provide the scheduling feature. You can continue with necessary storage only, change your selection through the Privacy choices link, or withdraw analytics consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection but does not reverse processing that occurred while consent was active.
Retention and international transfers
We keep personal information only while it is needed for the purpose described here, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, the service requested, contractual requirements, and applicable limitation periods. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Some providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires it, we rely on contractual safeguards or another recognized transfer mechanism.
Security and children
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
OsmoSync provides business services and does not direct this website to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our data practices or providers materially change. If a change affects an existing consent choice, the site will ask you to choose again.
