OsmoSync is an early-stage AI infrastructure partner. We design and ship the foundational layer a business operates from, built from first principles, into the client’s stack, with their data.
Why OsmoSync exists
The first wave got bolted on.
The first wave of AI in business was bolted on. Companies bought tools, copilots, chat interfaces: features grafted onto a stack designed for humans. The result is workflows that need a human to be the orchestrator, AI as decoration on top of unchanged systems, and "AI strategies" that are really just procurement.
The next wave will be built differently. Companies that win with AI will run on it from the foundation up. Their pipeline, marketing, and operations won’t have AI as a feature. They’ll have AI as the substrate the work runs on.
OsmoSync exists for the operators who already see this. Founders and teams who don’t want a copilot. They want the foundation. We design and build it.
