We measure ourselves by what runs in production at our clients’ companies, not by retainer revenue.

Senior bar, small team.

Fewer than 20 of us. Likely to stay that way. The work is too sharp for layers of management.

No PMs in the middle.

Engineers talk to customers. Designers talk to customers. The information path is short by design.

Reversibility is the bar.

- Engineering Founding forward-deployed engineer You’ll embed with a client, ship the foundation, and run it for the first 60 days. Senior. Hands on keyboard, not just architecture decks. Remote · US/EUFull-time Apply
- Engineering Platform engineer You build the runtime, eval harness, and observability layer everyone else inherits. Loves writing the boring middle layer that makes the visible parts possible. Remote · US/EUFull-time Apply
- Applied Applied AI lead You translate a workflow into an agent surface in two weeks, not two quarters. Equally comfortable with retrieval, evals, and saying "this isn’t worth shipping." Remote · US/EUFull-time Apply
- Go-to-market Engagement lead Founder-shaped operator. Runs discovery, scopes engagements, owns the relationship. Half consultant, half product manager, fully accountable. Remote · US/EUFull-time Apply
